    When we work together, I’ll design a plan that meets your organization where it is now. We’ll identify ways to get the biggest impact, find ways to ease the pressure on your current team, and build a roadmap for the future. You’ll get a clear picture of what’s possible now, and how to set your team (of one or more!) up for long-term success. No additional hiring required.

  • I know you’re already stretched thin. My job is to take work off your shoulders and add capacity, not add more work. When we work together, you can expect regular check-ins and collaboration, but I’ll handle the heavy lifting when it comes to strategy, systems, and tools. Think of it as investing a few focused hours with me each month to save yourself dozens of hours of stress down the line.

It takes about 3 months for me to understand your organization and build a plan to address current pain points. From there, we jump into solving those pain points and start building out an actionable strategy.
