After 15+ years in nonprofit fundraising, I started Guava Tree Strategies to address the what I kept seeing across organizations of all sizes. Nonprofit fundraising teams are under-resourced and lack the infrastructure they need to grow their revenue in a meaningful way.
Since starting this work, I've helped leaders finally see clearly what's actually making an impact and what's just adding work.
