Hi! I’m Christina.
I help nonprofits move beyond survival mode by building sustainable fundraising strategies and strong teams so they can focus less on the money and more on the mission.
I started Guava Tree Strategies because I know what it’s like to work at an organization with big dreams and too few resources, and I know how frustrating it can be to keep pushing without a real plan. I work with organizations at the intersection of sustainable funding and staff retention - because you can’t build long-term impact with a team that’s stretched too thin.
I’ve worked as both an in-house fundraiser and a consultant, and I know what it takes to build sustainable systems, align your team and Board, and create a fundraising strategy that works for your organization.
